The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to support the next phase of Logtek's growth.
This role will lead and deliver a range of strategic projects, operational improvements and customer-focused initiatives. A key priority will be supporting the launch and mobilisation of three new operational, working closely with site leadership, operational teams and customers to ensure successful implementation.
The successful candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders, Finance, operations and our data analytics team to drive continuous improvement, automate reporting processes and deliver measurable business benefits.

A key aspect of the role will be supporting our long-standing partnership with Marks & Spencer, ensuring successful project delivery, performance reporting and continuous improvement across the network.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Growth
· Lead strategic projects and business improvement initiatives.
· Support site launches, customer implementations and growth plans.
· Drive operational efficiency, profitability and service improvements.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
· Act as the key contact for project delivery and communications.
· Build strong customer relationships, including with Marks & Spencer.
· Provide project updates, reviews and performance reporting.
Continuous Improvement
· Streamline processes and implement automated reporting solutions.
· Work with operational and data teams to drive measurable improvements.
· Lead Lean and continuous improvement activities.
Financial & Risk Management
· Manage project budgets, forecasts and performance.
· Monitor risks, costs and delivery against objectives.
Health, Safety & Compliance
· Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance.
· Support sustainability initiatives and effective project governance.
About You
A proactive and commercially minded project professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
Essential
· Project management experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or operations.
· Strong planning, stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Experience delivering change and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
· Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable
· PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent qualification.
· Lean or Six Sigma experience.
· Experience within logistics, RTP, asset management, recycling or supply chain operations.
· Knowledge of process automation and performance reporting.
