The role
Join our IPL Schoeller team in Shelbyville, Kentucky and play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate inventory tracking, valuation, and reporting for raw materials and finished goods.
Lead quarterly cycle counts and support year-end inventory activities.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, production reporting issues, and variances.
Maintain ERP item data and support inventory-related audits and financial reviews.
Coordinate shipments, monitor product movement, and resolve shipping issues.
Analyze inventory and logistics data to improve performance and efficiency.
Serve as the primary contact for inventory-related inquiries and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
Strong Excel and ERP system experience.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and influence cross-functional teams.
Injection molding experience is a plus.
