On July 1, 2025, IPL Plastics merged with Schoeller Allibert to form IPL Schoeller (the ‘company’). The Company’s operations are split across North America (11 manufacturing plants) and Europe (16 manufacturing plants).

IPL Schoeller is a leading manufacturer of sustainable rigid packaging solutions across a range of end market segments including returnable transit packaging, consumer and industrial packaging, environmental containers and agricultural packaging. The role

Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Safely operating a forklift truck (FLT) across the site throughout the shift

• Unloading goods that are delivered to site, ensuring these are stored in the correct location, alongside loading finished products to ensure timely deliveries via third party hauliers

• Accurately completing all relevant paperwork relating to stock, materials and finished goods

• Completing regular stock checks

• Operating the granulator and maintaining and changing the blade when required, in line with standard operating procedures

• Carry out housekeeping of all work areas, maintaining a safe working environment for everyoen

About You

A valid FLT licence (Certificate of Basic Training) is a requirement of the role, though training will be provided for the right candidate if this has not already been achieved.

You will have proven experience of working well within a team in line with standard operating procedures, be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, and have excellent attention to detail.

You will also bring an enthusiastic approach to your work.
