Machine Operator – Production Associate – Shelbyville, KY

IPLS in Shelbyville, KY, is hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to join our dedicated team. If you are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery to support efficient manufacturing.

• Inspect products to meet quality standards—Check for flaws, blemishes, discoloration, burn marks, and warping.

• Assemble components (feet, cor-plugs, card holders) according to quality plans.

• Perform embossing when required and verify stamp quality.

• Package and stack products according to supervisor instructions.

• Promptly report any quality or safety concerns.

• Contribute ideas to improve processes and increase efficiency.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

• 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
