On July 1, 2025, IPL Plastics merged with Schoeller Allibert to form IPL Schoeller (the ‘company’). The Company’s operations are split across North America (11 manufacturing plants) and Europe (16 manufacturing plants).

IPL Schoeller is a leading manufacturer of sustainable rigid packaging solutions across a range of end market segments including returnable transit packaging, consumer and industrial packaging, environmental containers and agricultural packaging. The role

As Production Cell Leader, you will oversee daily production operations in the plant ensuring production targets are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will have a strong background in plastics manufacturing, excellent team leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development.

Hours of Work

Permanent Night Shift 22:00 - 06:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

As a Cell Leader at IPL Schoeller you will:

· Ensuring 100% compliance to health and safety standards and the correct PPE is being used by all shift members

· Carry out daily cell audits and escalate NC

· Report all processes that are running away from standard

· Ensure all IFS transaction are complete and correct

· Ensuring ALL staff entering BRC areas are adhering to site rules

· Reports any accident or incidents to their respective Shift Manager or Senior Cell Leader

· Completing shift handover report fully including physical handover with on coming shift

· Issuing IFS Bill Of Materials to ops/machine

· Changing jobs over on Intouch

· Scanning labels in & out

· Loading labels

· Ensure all jobs are ended correctly and WIP and labels are booked back to their location

· Ensure all paper work is correct to IFS Bill Of Materials

· Ensuring high level of housekeeping standards are maintained.

· Working on a variety of machines to cover breaks for operatives

· Report any absence to their Shift Manager or Senior Cell Leader

What you will bring to the role:

· Proficient in Microsoft packages

· A confident communicator
